Alright well I got this guy today, the LFS said it was a fromia, but I can't find anything at all on the web that looks like him, I posted pics on my build thread and someone said it looked like a fromia, anyways just thought I would try to get as much info as possible on this little guy so I can be sure he gets well fed. I just really want to be sure.

Try feeding it tom. a piece of krill. You can get them frozen or freeze dried. I like freeze dried as they last a long time. Simply place it underwater and squeeze to rehydrate it. Then get a feeding stick and place it next to him. He should gobble it up. I think they also eat clams and mollusks. Good luck..

    Nice job, Vinney. :)

Must not be very popular in the pet trade, though. I searched 6 online vendors and couldn't find it...

Not too much info on them. It says they eat refuse, mollusks and sponges. Thinking krill may not be the right food for him but I don't think it will hurt to try. Does your lfs have any live sponge? Or maybe you could try oyster or clams. Frozen of course.;) I know angel food has sponge in it but this may be a bit messy.

I noticed there's not much :/ I have sponge in my tank now but he could eat that up quickly.. My LFS does have live sponge, I could try oysters, would there be anything I could get him from the grocery store that would be uncooked? man idk its tough I could just keep trying until I find something he wants to eat ..

Hopefully someone on here has had one of these and can give you some more info on them but I don't think a varied diet will hurt him. Try something you have and if that doesn't work try a clam from the grocery store. I don't think it is a picky eater.Variety is after all the spice of life.;D
