Free Tickets to Reef-A-Palooza!

I will be there Saturday! Haha I have to park at the OC fairgrounds everyday for school because the parking lots there are always full so getting there will be no problem. I am excited to see what I can learn from the people there, watching some of the videos they have online, everyone is so excited and their faces light up when they talk about their aquariums and the products they are trying to educate the people about. I am fairly new to this, I'm taking a class in marine aquarium science and I can't wait to start my own. I have only maintained small 10 gallon vivariums but I have began falling more and more in love with aquatic plants, sea anemones and coral. I know how much more challenging it is to maintain these delicate creatures so I'm waiting to start mine when I feel like I'm ready. Although I do not have them yet I am already attached to them. I can picture the anemones tentacles waving in the water like they are at a concert in their aquatic home and I do not want anything to harm them so I won't start my aquarium until I can treat them how they deserve to be treated. I would love it if I got the free tickets but I will be there regardless. I'm sure I will learn a lot from everyone there.

 

I plan on going this sunday. 120gal that I just got a ATS running on, 8 hairy mushrooms and a colt coral and 1 coral beauty. I think it's time to add a little more to my tank

 

I'd go if I could :-/ It almost impossible for me to go because I can't afford four plane tickets, because my family would definitely want to be with me if I go to the other side of the country, and the other reason why is because I'd have to convince my family to all go in the first place

Great to hear. OCC's Marine Science class is where I got my first interest in marine life.
