Thanks, it is a pretty standard setup, the only thing I wish is that the sump was taller so I had more room to work with the water level.

Question, why does it seem that everyone likes to have the fuge on the end and return in the center? I have mine completely opposite.
My sump looks exactly like yours in the pic, except, left section has skimmer, middle has chaeto (fuge) and right has return pump. This way you don't need to worry about split drain or another small pump. Is there a theory that the skimmer removes stuff the chaeto eats?

the idea is to give you cheto/pods raw water for food then it overflowes into the return without being skimmer out of the return water, same for the skimmer you want to give it raw water then return clean water.

I went with a 40gal breeder that I converted to a sump/refuge. Here are pics of it's stages. More detailed in my 90gal build thread.

First, this is what happens when you try to use acrylic dividers with silicone. It doesn't hold under pressure!

Second, replaced with 1/4" glass panels with beveled edges at the top & bottom corners.

Third, did a test run using freshwater. No air bubbles in the return section.

Forth, drilled the return side & converted my sump to use an external pump.

What is the height of your baffles? I was thinking of doing 9", but yours look taller.

Also, for the teeth, is that acrylic you put on top of the right glass?

Mine are 8" tall, but that is determined by the skimmer's recommended working depth. I had to mount it on a 1" platform made out of eggcrate since the skimmer performs better at 7".
As far as the fuge area, that bafle is 11" high.
