Following Paris Hilton's conviction her pet chihuahua will be jailed
for 45 days too. Tinkerbell Hilton was spared the death penalty after
she was caught defecating on the front lawn of Superior Court Judge
Michael Sauer's House, the same Judge that sentenced her owner a few
    days beforehand.

The dog's lawyer and President of the American Association of
Accessory Dogs (AAAD) was very critical of sentence and accused the
legal system of wanting to make an example of Tinkerbell. The
prosecution was disappointed that the dog was spared capital
    punishment.

Tinkerbell was apprehended after having excreted faeces described by
the police as 'wet, full of bits and VERY stinky - the worst kind of
fouling a dog can do - and a extraordinary amount given the her
limited size'. A witness to the scene testified that Tinkerbell had
'laid a mine' by walking suspiciously towards the lawn, looking around
before finding a spot on the path to the front door and running away
as soon as the excrement was delivered. There were no reports of
    anyone stepping on it.

This is not the first time Tinkerbell has been in trouble. In 2005 she
attacked one of the producers of the Today Show whilst Paris was being
    interviewed (see femalefirst.co.uk - Paris Hilton's dog attacks -
Paris Hilton's dog attacks. The producer
    allegedly required first aid treatment.

This event was described by the prosecution as 'proof that Tinkerbell
is a bad, bad, bad doggy'. The defence argued that Tinkerbell had been
under a lot of pressure and cited two incidents: the time she went
missing for a week in 2004 (see CBS News - Tinkerbell Hilton Tells No
Tales - Tinkerbell Hilton Tells No Tales, Lost Dog Is Found, But Heiress Paris Is Mum On By Who, Or Where - CBS News)
and reports in 2005 that Paris wanted to trade her for a younger,
slimmer and more fashionable Chihuahua (see MSN - Paris Says Adios to
    Tinkerbell - MSN Entertainment.
In the same year Paris was voted Worst Dog Owner by New York Dog
Magazine and The Hollywood Dog Magazine (see Yahoo News - Hilton Named
Worst Celebrity Dog Owner - http://entertainment.tv.yahoo.com/entnews/ap/20051212/113445624000.html).

Paris and Tinkerbell's jail terms will start and end at the same time
but at different correctional facilities. Tinkerbell will 'do time' at
Beverly Hills State Correctional Facility for Bad Doggies.

    Thanks John.

Everytime I hear or read the words "Paris Hilton" I upchuck into my mouth.

Oh I am so sick of her. "I don't deserve being sentanced to jail". Any other person on this earth who failed probation would be sentanced, just because she is rich doesn't mean she should get special treatment! What example do we set if we let the celebrities off? She needed discipline as a child, I would be so embarrassed to have an heiress like her for a kid. You don't enjoy the consequences of your willful actions...don't continue doing the actions.
