I regretted giving away all the Flipper cleaners in a contest earlier in the year and my tank suffered a bit for it. There were some spots that I could just not clean with my little Mag Float. It just went right over it. One particular region was the lime ring above the water line from dosing kalk directly into my display tank. This ring was impenetrable. So I was happy when I brought home another Flipper scraper from MACNA and I decided to do a little test on that ring. I wondered how long it would take. I was guessing 5 minutes. I was way off. The kalk came off on the 1st pass. All done in less than 2 minutes. It didn't seem fair.

Perhaps for a scraper but worth the money in my opinion. $39.99.
