Hey just wondering about possible stocking options for my 20g nano, I have an ocellaris and 2 hermits and a snail and peppermint shrimp, anything else? I am ready to stock it up, I would eventually like to put a green spotted mandarin once my copepods are substantial (a few months from now) but otherwise am uncertain of stock any suggestions?

A Flame Angel takes a lot of space. I'm not sure a 20 is big enough. As to the Mandarin, the size isn't necessarily the key issue, but you need enough live rock to support a pod population to feed the Mandarin. Frankly I think a 20 is a little small there too.

    My recommendations:

    - Yellow Clown Goby (or any Clown Goby, but yellows are my fav)

    - Bangai Cardinal - I love these guys - your tank would potentially support a single one of these, but not much beyond that.

    - Any number of Firefish

    - Any of the Possum wrasses (Yellow Banded, Tanaka's Pygmy, White Banded) - These are very cool fish - Tanaka's are the coolest, but hardest to find.

    - I'd say a Yellow Watchman Goby, but I'm pissed at my pair. I see them once a week.

Yeah I though of a bangai, and a yellow watchman, My live rock is 25 lb, and I have a lot of pods already and the tank is only a month in, I know it needs to mature further, would it be a possibility if I hatch brine shrimp?

I believe the ORA Mandarins eat prepared food so one of those may be a possibility, but I wouldn't risk one that needs to eat live food. Brine is only decent if it's fortified with vitamins. Even then it's a poor substitute.
