    I have a 55 gallon that i am going to do a fish only in and was wondering what fish you like for this size.I would like to go aggressive but not sure if thats doable in a 55.

    small butterfly fish, smaller tangs,rabbitfish,dwarf angels,snowflake and banana eels

    If I had a FOWLR I would definitely have a flame angel. One of the most beautiful fish IMO.

    If you specifically want aggressive then I suggest a smaller species of tang and a pinktail, picasso, or niger trigger.

    triggers are too large and need TONS of swimming space. a smaller tang will have enough space in this tank.

    yea they go 9, 9, and 22 inches way too big

    I had a snowflake eel in my old 90 FWLR setup. He was pretty cool, liked to stick out of the rock and try to nip fish as they came by.
