I was curious as to what medications do you guys keep on hand.
Also what kind of medications do you give your fish and corals when first bring them home from the pet store and put them in QT. I am just curious of your prevention methods.

Luckily my LFS takes care of the QT part for me. I do add Dr. G's medicated caviar to their feeding the first few days when I add a new fish.

    What does Prazipro do?

I have Cupramine on hand but don't treat unless they need it. I'm also new to QT.

Prazipro gets rid of worm and flukes. Its a pretty harmless product especially in the QT. When I started I followed this guide. It's an excellent starting point.

So you use that no matter what? Just as a precaution?
    Thanks

Ahh I'm supposed to say states sucks...but I find myself cheering for you more then against!

I use prazi pro at least. In the past I followed the guide. It really depends how the fish looks. However starting my new tank I think I'll follow the full protocol once again.

I want to thank you guys for all the information you are giving me. I am still studying the best way to QT fish and corals. Is there anything you guys use when you QT corals?

I've never been good about QTing corals. I definitely dip them! I like using coral revive or lugols. RO dips are a bad idea.
