So I just saw a red velvet fairy wrasse. I want to make sure my fishes can get along. Currently, I have:

    3 Barlettes anthias
    1 Blue tang
    1 Purple firefish
    1 male lyratail anthias

This is in a 100g tank.

will he be compatible with my fishes? here is a list of future fishes that I am looking at getting.

    mimic eibli tang
    mimic half black

The two mimics wont be compatible with eachother and you might have issues between the blue and mimic tangs

3 Tangs in a 100 is too many anyway. You will be lucky if the Blue survives all by himself in that small of a tank.IMO;)
Pretty sure those Anthias will have a problem with that wrasse as well.

^ Nah, most anthias and fairy/flasher wrasse do just fine.

Red Velvets are a bit on the aggressive side for fairys however. You likely won't be able to add any other wrasses in the future.

Get rid of the blue tang, IMO it will outgrow your tank. I would choose one of the mimic tangs, what filtration do you have?

I don't think I will add any other wrasse in the future. I checked the compatible chart and it seems that the wrasse should be fine with the anthias.

If Evolved says it will be fine then you can trust his advice. I just seem to remember the Bartlett Anthias I had a while back being a real jerk with my Flasher.;)
