Looking like a really good start. Since you're in the framing stage are you going to run water and drains over to your tank for RO/DI top off and water changes?

I would think about everything with water change - mixing - your plumbing - sump etc. Working with a new build is exciting. Good luck with it! Go as big as you can!

Is that the tank in the background or are you adding a new one?

We have to keep our better halves happy although I have to admit I've done things like RB and asked for forgiveness later. :)

that is a 55 gallon that i moved everything into until the room is done. there use to be a 120 gallon where the new room is going. had to move it out of the way.

Just a thought, don't put the tank on the opposite side of the room as the screen. Your chairs/couch will be pointed toward the screen and you will have to stand all day staring at your tank. Make sure you can see it from wherever your seats will be. ;)
