Take your own bottles of liquor in your luggage (sneak it on) and use this to mix with the free sodas/ juices they provide on board!!!

The water in Cozumel (never been to the other places) is absolutely AMAZING!!! Some of the clearest I've ever seen... Go diving or at least snorkeling while you are there, you WON'T regret it!

Take a diving excursion to Ambregas Kaye in Belize. Really neat scuba there. Lots of nurse sharks and eagle rays not to mention turtles.

do a snorkel at "Shark Reef" then. They take you out in a catamaran and its a nice place with lots of sea life and coral. They swim down and catch 4-5 foot nurse sharks so you can hug them or pet them. My folks did that and thought it was pretty cool

I've done that. I've been to Belize a few times.

I've never cruised though. Too many sickly stories.

Anyway, if you do some excursions on the Belize mainland they have this tubing through a cave thing that is pretty cool and this bike ride through the jungle that dumps into some old ruins. That's also pretty neat.

Anyway, if you do those they include a lunch at a restaurant. My grandfather runs one of those restaurants.

    This is it

Yes, getting sick is pretty common... I can share a story of my honeymoon cruise. They didn't sell immodium on the cruise ship, and when I asked the store clerks about it they said that you have to go to the ship's infirmary to get it. Well, if you go to the infirmary and ask for immodium, they quarantine you for a period of time (not much fun, IMO) so bring immodium with you or buy it on shore, BUT don't go to the infimary unless you really have to. ;)
