firefish to cycle a tank?

    took my ammonia 7 days to die out.. but the rest of my prams are still a lil high.. i used freeze dried shrimp (3 chunks) and i'm just past day 20 and everything just zeroed out.

    i don't agree with using a live fish... no reason to put something under that type of conditions....

    It supplies enough to get it started and many do it this way, I set my tank up that way, and it cycled perfectly.
