fire alarm nere tank

ok we were cleaning our oven and the fire alarm when off. well their is one right next to the tank i cant even stand next to the tank its so high pitched. its been going on for about 7 mins now what should i do

 

take the battery out of the fire alarm until the smoke clears from cleaning the oven

 

ok should i be worried about the tank

 

Your tank is going to be fine. Once the smoke clears, put the battery back in. Your smoke detector is there for a reason....it's not always going to be from burning off excess food in your oven.

 

i think he was worried about the noise so near the tank. like it would hurt the fish/ inverts he has. and it shouldnt by the way.
