Well after a very cold start to winter here in Indiana we finally got some snow! After a couple ice storms the snow is a welcome relief. Here are some pics:

About a foot total at my house plus about 1"-2" of ice. Don't ask me how the heck there is freezing rain when it is 20 degrees outside!

Why don't you take a drive up here to the northern part of the state, you can have some of the 30" we have on the ground! It's about time it went south for once! :D

Ya you guys up north got lucky this time around for a change! But we only get 2 or 3 good snows a year so I actually look forward to a foot of snow. At least you don't get hardly any ice, that is the worst!!

We have a decent amount of snow on the ground at my house. Something like a foot or a foot and a half.

We've had flurries! The ground has remained NOT white however...oh the joys of living in the Tennessee Valley area. All my buddies up on the mountains have seen snow 2 inches deep this winter...i've seen a flurry hit the ground and melt. Woohoo! And it's still managed to hit single digits as far as temperature goes...*sigh*

We might not get it as much but we do get it, last month we had a solid inch coating everything, that was not fun, and schools stayed open.

Kind of like what Obama was saying yesterday about DC schools closing, where nothing would have changed in Chicago... It's all relative :)

Hey Michigan here, you can have as much as you want from us, we will happy to give it up! We have had 3 falls of 6-10 and 2 of 4-6 and up north they have about 4 feet.
