    It varies for me. If I'm on my game I have a 200 micron sock in system for about a week and then remove it and let the system run sockless for a week.. ect...
    My reasoning is that the sock catches pods as well, so allowing the system to run sockless 50% of the time gives my pods a break..

    when i was using socks and bleaching them, i used to add amquel to the rinse cycle of the washing machine.
