    Nice pictures! Love the macro shots. I love Canon - I take all my pictures with a Canon point-and-shoot (granted, it's a fancy point and shoot). Definitely experiment without the flash. Also, a little trick I learned, especially when shooting with the macro lens - set the timer (2 seconds is enough), even with the camera on the tripod. In macro photography, even the little tiny motion of depressing the shutter button can cause a little shake. Bring on more pictures!

    Hey Kathy, the lighting is a temporary 36" aquactinics 5 bulb t5 fixture. I have 2 UVL super actinics, 1 KZ fiji purple, giesemann aquablue plus and a giesemann actinic plus. Thats the true color of the tank, i used no flash when i took the pix. Im gonna try shooting some more today, ill try to post more. :) Gotta run out the fish store to p/u more subjects. lol
