    im about to purchase some fans for the canopy, would plastic fan better or stainless steel better? i have a choice of 5 or 6 in w adjustable speed. what should i get? one can run up to 300, another 480cfm.

    since i am blowing air in, the humid would go up not to the side it shouldnt touch the fan right?
