external pump install

    I have an external pump with an 2" inlet is this ok to connect to a 30x15x15 acrylic refugium /sump and if so how do i go about drilling the hole to connect pump. I want to get into this hobby its allway something can anyone give me advice on this

    Try a holesaw, then use a bulkhead.

    No its not that big only 120gal with 2 drains i already had a pump and just want to use instead of buying something new. Do you know if this will work

    What brand/model of pump is it? Not all pumps are suitable for saltwater use as some have metal parts inside.
