Boy Shin those shots are nice.

Tough decision on replacing the rock, your messing with a sweet scape and coral placement.

I am sure whatever you do will be equally as nice.

    Your Tang is getting big.

I was merely commenting on how much bigger the tang looked. :juggle2:

Alex on the other hand

I can see the algae on the rock work and I have heard zeo can add some phosphates. Here is hoping that changing out the rocks will bring an end to the issue. It's a fine balance and I have seen some gorgeous zeo tanks with underlying algae issues.

Looking forward to what you pull off scape wise.

I had been cycling/curing those new rocks from MarcoRocks with zeobak, sponge power and MB7 for a month (29 days to be exact). Just with decent flow, skimmed water here and there.

4 days ago, I emptied the tank, cleaned the heck out of it outside, scrubbed every inch (no bleach or vinegar), dried it, including every equipment, PVC, sump etc. Then filled with fresh made water and new rocks. Did all this in 8 hours.

I know its been only a few days, but corals are being decent considering the stress theyd been thru. Now i can enjoy stare at the tank without bothered by unwanted stuff!

It looks like a jewel. So clear and clean.

The minimalist scape if perfect. Looks like you have too many corals to place though.

I bet you're very happy with the results and you should be. :)

Gorgeous. How many and what kind of LEDs do you have over the tank?

What's going on with the monti frags all over the bottom? Trying to get them to encrust the glass?
