    I have the main tank covered now I just need to find a piece of plexi glass and cut to fit the back part

    +1 on the lid, go to lowes and get some lexan plexiglass. It's fairly cheap and you can cut it to fit your tank however you want. I used it on my 210g system and it cut down on the evaporation. The temp will tend to rise when covered but there are ways to help that also.

    Don't they make a special knife to cut that lexan?
