    I have kept a convict goby for a couple of years in a reef tank and these fish when kept alone are actually more like an eel. This fish grows pretty big and like most omnivorous fish that get big will eat small fish and any shrimps or crabs that dare to come near it. This fish however when adult will become more like a carnivore/predator. This fish isn't actually a goby by the way it is in fact an eel that has been stupidly named.
