    so i got a ground probe today, and i also realized my outlet was not a gfci outlet, i was told that GP must be hooked up with gfci.?

    so i got a GFCI outlet and im about to change it out,

    how should i then hook up the probe?

    please tell me anything else i should know first!

    The way that I have my elec. system set up is;
    The wall outlet is a GFCI outlet, then I have a Belkin 6 Surge protection outlet(which has two green lights, one lets you know if its protecting and if its grounded). Then the DC8 and DC4 go connected to that. The GP is connected to the surge outlet. So everything is protected by the GFCI and the surge protector. Did that make any sense? Luna

    Most GP come with both, the plug in type and the round ring. Mine came with both. Luna
