Went and got the tank, but due to my mother being in the hospital I havn't had time to begin with it. She had a severe asthma attack around 5am wed morning. She was taken off the breathing machine and shes doing well. Missed my 21st b-day tho which she is heartbroken over (we had plans over a yr ago) :( but on a good note, tanks in good shape, and as soon as I can i will have updates for her.

Happy Belated Birthday!!! Sorry to hear about the mom, Just an understanding, yeah 21 is great and all lol, But there are many more years to come to have an "Adult Beverage Party" :) Or random days.

Congrats on your new tank! :) A 75 will be a fun size to fill up over time.

Okay so I think i've got my plans for this tank all mapped out. I'm going to be building a stand (Seano im gonna be borrowing your plans on that to an extent ;)) in my living room with the overall height will be 38" tall. This will give my total height to the rim of the tank 4'10" or 58".

Drilling it with an 1500 gph complete kit - Glass-Holes.com dope aquarium stuff.I'm going to use a 40 Gallon sump equipped with an eshopps psk150 protein skimmer, Danner mag drive supreme 18 return pumping 1200 gph at 5' head, 2 BRS carbon/GFO reactors one running all carbon and one all GFO.Refugium will be on the other side of the return section
    Sump Layout:|skimmer/inlet|bubble trap|return/reactors|Refugium|

I will have the return line drilled as well using 3/4 Inch Loc-Line Return Kit - Glass-Holes.com dope aquarium stuff One question I want to do a double return from one pump, could i use a "Y" piece of pvc and split it? would that make the pump work to hard? If its too much ill resort to the 1 but any advice on how to do that would be great!

    Ill have 2 Hydor1400 PH's along with my 425 & 240 i already have in my 20.

I'm thinking 70 lbs of rock with 80 lbs of sand will do me good. Ill seed a little from my 20 to kick the cycle.

Lighting: I'm thinking 48in Metal Halide HQI System Advance Plus
    or
The 6 bulb 48" Sunlight Supply TEK Light T5 Fixture - English

Livestock:  I have no idea yet id like to have a wrasse, and perhaps a school of 3 Blue Reef Chromis, A Spotted Bristletooth Tang, as well as my current fish; maroon clown and a Yellow Watchamn Goby. But thats not set in stone one bit!!

Side note: My mom got home from the hospital today, and shes doing fine. now its time to get her to kick the smokin habit so this doesnt happen again::).
