I was feeding my fish every other day, but, starting today, I am feeding them everyday. What are your feelings ?

I went to my local pet store & bought dried blood worms & tubex worms. Are these good for both fresh & salt water fish ?

    Thanks.

Really ? That doesn't seem like much, but you're the expert. I'm open to suggestions.

blood worms and tubifex are ideal foods for freshwater fish IME

but I also use both on occassion for my saltwater fish
the bloodworms I use are the frozen type and my trigger fish and flameback angel love these, foods , they are of similar size (the 2 fish) and the angel shows no respect for the trigger fish barging it out the way to get more of the worms

the tubifex I use are the freeze dried type , the 2 fish mentioned will eat these but not with as much enthusiasm as they eat the bloodworms

I feed these foods just to add variety to the menu for the fish
    I feed 6 days out of 7
    I feed once per day

Water quality is the key as far as feeding is concerned
provided you can keep those numbers where you want them, Im fine with feeding my fish almost every day

I also have pellets, flakes, mysis, brine shrimp, chopped mussel, and green and red nori - which even the trigger has a go at.
