180 gallon- top of the line equipment with led lights. LPS, soft, and a few SPS corals. and yellow tang, 10 chromis, a maxima clam, a a pair of black and white clownfish, fuzzy dwarf lionfish, then whatever strikes my mood or room left over.

30 gallon- seahorse aquaium, with a hexagon build, topline equipment and some cold water corals that are seahorse safe.

I can tell you from experience that you will immediately want a 300 deep dimensions when you get that 180 lol... As soon as my 210g went in my house, (the same 210 that I thought was the biggest I would ever want) my first thought was "I could totally see how it could be bigger" That's the funny thing about this hobby.. there is always bigger/different to seek and desire lol. You could set and achieve the goal of both of those tanks in a few years if you really focused on it!

Mine would be a tank that was 22" high, starfire .and run the length of each wall in my living room. obviously ending at the hallway, but it would be 4 large tanks all connected. Also i would do a tank in the middle of the room to viewable on all sides with large mangroves, and macro and tons of neat tidal fish. on each side do different coral species, and have every tang imaginable. also i would do a green house fish room to grow coral naturally, and i could have a huge natural ATS.

of corse all the bells and whistles with skimmers and controllers, i would do a huge closed loop as to have no power heads, and a beast RODI to supply me with water.

My dream tank would be my floor with little walking paths through it, it would make all the different environments and biotopes. The seagrass and mangroves acting like a refugium, a lagoon to take in nutrients, a reef and everything!
