drain to sump question

    I amfinally getting around to plumbing and testing out my 65g aga reef rdy. I have a silly question though. I have never installed a sump so this will be my first attempt at plumbing. I have the megaflow kit dropping straight down to the sump with flex tube. Is there something I can get to attach the drain line to the sump (29H aquarium) or do I just let it dangle into the sumps first chamber

    Filter sock holder.Lots of companies make them.

    nothing wrong with letting it just hang out in there. your could zip tie it to the sump for peice of mind if you wanted. or the filter sock route as mentioned, unless your like me and hate filter socks lol
