    I wouldn't recommend using saltwaterfish.com. I purchased from there and the shrimp i bought was DOA. I immediately emailed them about it and later filed a guarantee request. They said that the picture didn't show up so i had to resend it. Their policy= <5 hrs: refund, <15 days: credit.

    They issued me a credit for 13 dollars for the cleaner shrimp and i didn't really mind it being issued as a credit instead of refunding because i planned to buy the shrimp with a free shipping cleaner pack when my cleaners started to thin out.

    I just emailed asking if i could buy the cleaner pack, swap the peppermint for the cleaner shrimp, and have them remove my credit and a girl replied with: you cant use the credit with free shipping packs, were going to charge to 21 dollars for the shrimp.

    Well i'm not going to buy another $200 of livestock to get the 13 dollars im entitled to because my tank is stocked.

    I try to explain that it doesn't make sense and that i should have been issued a refund in the first place and id like a refund if i have such restrictions on my credit.
    Girl replies with the order arrived on the 8th and you didnt file your request until the ninth LONGGG after the 5 hour window.

    Package arrived at like 4:30 and i spent a few hours acclimating everything
    I immediately noticed the dead shrimp though and took pictures of him in the bag and sent them along with an immediate notification of the DOA and asked what to do. (I didn't know about the request form)

    I filed the request form later but then i get an email saying they didnt get the picture so i had to re-do it. My account says the request was done at like 12:40am i cant remember when exactly i filed the request but i know it was before that. (within the 5 hr period)

    Just BS and unethical business practices. They just want to keep sucking in for more $200 orders. :angry:

    I wouldn't recommend them.

    Yeah, that sounds like bad customer service on their part.

    thats funny, they used to be the main site i ordered from when i had tanks. always had fantastic service and packaging. they must have changed quite a bit.
