Does anyone use Reef Trace or Marine Trace?

I was given this stuff called Reef Trace and Marine Trace. It's made by Seachem. I do not know anything about this stuff and was wanting to know if anyone uses either?

If so, what does it do and is it any good?

They replace trace elements that are used by your animals. Generally not needed if you do regular water changes. They are good products.

 

Thanks 2in10. So It really will do no good for me because I do a water change every week?

 

That's correct, routine water changes will keep trace elements in check. Personally, I tend to frown on the idea of supplementing elements for which I can't test.
