Attached is a picture of my clowns sleeping. They sleep on the sand bed in the front corner of my tank. Very cool because I get to see them sleep every night.

HumaHuma trigger sleeps vertically in a rock crevice. As soon as the lights go out he is in there. He wastes no time and is the first to find cover in the darkness. He's the biggest baddest fish in the tank when the lights are on, but he's scared of the dark.

Ha my two do the same thing at nite. They dug out the corner by swimming real fast against it. My sixline sleeps in a hole that is in a rock, has three ways out if he needs to I guess. My chromis and green mand. sleep in the purple monti cap. The lawmower is all over the place, the tang goes behind the rocks and the firefish go in the sand/cave with my pistol shrimp.

Lol, I'm actually glad this thread came up so I could read all of your stories about clowns sleeping. I just got mine less than a week ago, and one of them sleeps on its side basically floating up near the power filter. I swore it was dead the first time I saw it, but it is far from it lol. They are such weirdos

I just redid my scape and my Blue Tang has a new spot where his eyes and tail are hidden but u can see the rest of hi body. He is about 6+ inches so its so funny to see like 5 inches of his body and he thinks he has the best spot lol

My maroon clown has his spot in the front corner of the tank. he cleared all the sand out of the area too and sleeps on his side on the glass. He is prob about 4 inches and a nasty bastard, if I use something to try to move sand back into the corner he will attack like crazy. Its actually pretty cute lol

I have a royal gramma that goes into a small hole in a rock and if u look from the right angle u can see his nose but its a great spot. I also have 4 firefish that huddle together under a rock in this little cave that i think they must have dug out. only about an inch between the rock and the sand but its maybe 6-8 inches deep.

mine sleep together in the middle of the tank at the top. I'm hoping they figure out the RBTA (which is now 2 RBTAs) is for them and that they'd be much happier in it. Until then, I guess they'll enjoy the back wall.

My half black Angel and my Red flame come out of the same cave every morning within a minute or so of each other.

My Hawkfish sleeps on the cleaning magnet and gets lighter.

My firefish go into holes in my rock which is most likely hollow. All 5 of them have seperate holes in the same area of the tank.

My male clown goes into the cave that the RBTA is hanging upside down attached to. My female clown is the funniest. The first time I noticed her sleeping, she was upside down inside the Nem and its tentacles were around her. I thought she was dead and got her out of it....and she was mad.

Now she just sleeps on top of the Nems foot that is attached to the cave....Really funny....Be careful what you wish for, you might end up with a Clown that is a stalker.
