Do I need LR for a 20L frag tank?

After you grow the frags-what are your plans for em?

 

Well, I was planning to use it as a "grow tank" for my frags from my display, which I plan to begin selling. The other part of it is to use it for growing out frags that I purchase before putting them in my DT.

I'm not sure if I will need to use it for the second option, once I get my quad t5's, but the frags in my DT are very slow growing and I believe it is primarily due to the lighting and the fact that most of my corals have to be placed fairly deep in the tank.
