Do cleaner shrimp eat crypt?

    Yes, they will - I have seen the fish go to the cleaning station for a tune up....but the Crypt still returns until you resolve the problem.

    Cleaner Wrasse and Neon Goby's do a decent job as well.

    Understood, I'm not 100% certain I have crypt, just wanna see if they'll deal with it as well.

    I think cleaner wrasses are best avoided as their removal from the reef has a serious impact on other fish populations. As for gobys... eh... open top tank, already had a diamond goby think it could fly...or walk on dry land maybe. Didn't go too well.
