DIY sump

    Today i made a sump box out of acrylic that is 30' long 12' high and 10' deep my first question is:

    1. what is a good overflow box to use that gets the job done but is not to expensive.
    2. how should i set up the sump chambers. (I have uploaded a picture of a rough draft of my sump).
    3. i am curently runnung 2 filters on my 60 gallon tank if i start a sump can i remove one of the filters.

    also i was wondering how to choose what return pump and what overflow box i need i have a 60 gallon aquarium and am having roughly a 15 gallon sump.
