    yeah 2.50 a lb is a great price....does that include shipping? shipping would cost more than the rock. I'm a very patient person, so..I'll make my own. :)

    never thought of the rock salt, not sure I can even get that here in GA, no ice or snow, but the water softener salt....hmmmm I've read on GARF about using noodles too. I have noodles, lots of all different kinds of noodles.

    you can get rock salt at the grocery store, its what you make ice cream with!! : )
