I currently have a DIY herbie overflow and am thinking about ditching it for the Eshopps PF-Nano.

What are your thoughts and would this upgrade also quiet things down in my tank?

I would think a true Herbie would be far quieter and more reliable

But that would involve drilling, right?

I dont think it would be any quieter to be honest but would take up less room

I have watched videos on the PF-Nano and it seems pretty quiet.

Since I have a wave maker in my tank it seems to make things louder..

the nano would definatly be quieter and more reliable than what you got but the herbie would be alot quieter and more erliable. that being said if you do drill there is more risk.

What if I make this today?

Would this do anything to my current setup?
