    Is there a reasonable way to dim the blues and whites separately or is it a no go?

    Yeah, you can't do that with a single meanwell, and you don't have enough LEDs to use 2 meanwells.

    Either use a few more diodes so you can run one driver for the whites and another for the blues, or look into using a different type of driver.
