Difference between these 2 RODI units?

Well returning to the salt game and sold all my old stuff. Looking into rodi for our hard water.

Plan to get 90gpd like I had, tds and float for bucket or brute can. Possible to use float on a bucket I assume?

What's the diff between these 2 units? Is it only the rad meter? Had the $125 refurb prior.

The one from SpectraPure is a refurbished unit and I'm assuming the other from e-bay is not. The e-bay one is listed $10 cheaper than same unit new from SpectraPure.
However, I've saw a post some time ago now that brought up the fact an LFS was buying refurbished units and reselling them as new ones online. Like anything on the web though, I don't know exactly how much trust to put into the accuracy of these things. Anyone can say anything as no one is really fact checking.
I do know that when I was on RC more, there were plenty of people saying their refurbished units were an excellent purchase.
