    That if the aquaclear power-head on your tank somehow falls sideways and sprays almost straight up instead of into the tank that it only takes only 5 gallons of water to spray out of your tank, onto your floor....

    through your floor and into the kitchen below.


    The indoor rain did seem to traumatize the cat however so it was worth it in that regard.


    Somehow in my mind I thought it would take a lot more water than that to end up in my kitchen...

    I guess I shouldn't check under my house then , I think Ive spilled more then that before.

    A noise woke me up and I was mostly asleep going into the kitchen because I was going to yell at the cat because I assumed the dumb furball was batting something around the floor.

    I first thought a pipe had burst but being California in Sept and the fact that none of the bathrooms were anywhere near where the water was it took me an extra few minutes to even figure out where the water was coming from.

    The most I've ever spilled was about 30 gallons out of a 55 long when I was about 17. The side cracked just a few inches from the bottom.
