Did my hermit crabs have babys?

hey guys well idk whats goin on i bought 12 hermit crabs at the LFS its ben about a month. over the last week ive ben noticeing little tiny hermit crabs about one milameter long they all got little baby shells super small ones and there all blue legged ive seen about 8 of them do hermit crabs grow shells or sumthin whene first born?

 

i would say they were hitch hikers on live rock or corals

 

ok just makeing sure, do hermit crabs mate allot or is it rare? and if they did woa they most likeley die

 

i have never seen it happen in any of my tanks. they should be just fine+1 on free crabs

 

ya id say i got like 10 or 12$ worth of the little dudes
