    if you add enough lr you don't need ls just aragonite sand .it will become live in a short time. i've done it both ways with no problem

    We started with 60 lbs of ls and about 150 lbs of lr in July '07 and we still continue to find new creatures in the rock...8)

    These are the results of my NO3 two weeks from last time. Is 12.5 I think I might need another test kit, to check the one I have now. Don't think this helps your research. Sorry.
