    Hey John I see you went with the maxi 1200 why this choice and not something a little smaller? I have gfo in my canister filter and carbon in my two bio-wheels but have been looking for something better and have been thinking about running two of these one gfo and one carbon. So I am to assume you are happy with the construction of the canister? thanks for any input.

    That is what Reed recommended. If its too much it comes with a ball valve, so I can cut it back.
