Cycle is complete! CUC on the way!

So it's been 26 days and all my parameters are exactly where I want them. I took advantage of reef2go's special they got going on. Buy 1 get 1 free on all kinds of various livestock. Nassarius,blue hermits, turbos, ceriths, and had to get and emerald crab.(with the special i got 2)

So I just did a water change, and hooked up the skimmer. It looks just plain dumb where I have it, but that's where it will stay until my sump is built...



But I'm super excited to say the least, and had to share it!;D

Did you mod your skimmer to have a drain line in the cup?

Grats! Seeing how I am on day 4 of my first reef tanks cycle, I'm excited for you.

 

I listed what I got in my original post. I just didnt share the exact numbers.

And I bought the skimmer from a dude on craigslist. I don't think he modified it that way, I think it came that way. I have the drain line going down to a 2 liter coke bottle. I drilled a hole in the cap and sealed it up. No mess, and no smell!
