OMG I'm so sorry!!!!!! Ya one of my husband's supervisors told me my aquarium was just an aquarium and has no clue what the big deal is about it...

I hope your heart can heal enough some day to get another Golden Puffer. It might be just the animal to do it too.;D

Sorry to hear that, had the same thing happen in a 75g reef when a return hose from the sump came disconnected... I certainly sympathize with you .

I have been in this hobby/industry for many years. The male Odonus was easily the prettiest I've seen in this time in all these years. His streamers were about 6 inches long. Goldie was stupendous and dominated the attention but Blue was amazing in his own right.

I can not believe I did not have a picture of Blue or the other fish in the tank. Goldie was at least 13 to 14" long, the odonus was like 5" long and like Curt said was the best colored one I ever saw with his long streamers. The porcupine and the huma were good size also

    awful news schackmel

when fish like this, which have personalities in addition to being good to look at
it makes the loss so much harder

its very sad, but hopefully soon, good memories of how you cared for them
will overide any sadness for you
