Just curious, why do you need the display? Reason being is that i know the iphone app can control most of the functions on it. If i was to get one, i would fit my otter box clip on case to my stand, run a charging cable to it and use it to charge/be the display unit as well... is this not possible?

I really dont have to dose anything for daily basis yet, since the tank is virtually empty, but it'd be sweet! I just did the water change and the skimmer is on the timer since I want to delay turn it on because I dose the MB7 with the water change in case the skimmer goes nuts.

    Thanks bro!

Its a good idea to have an iPod as a permanent display! Im not really familiar with the iPhone app yet, but if you were to monitor it, screen needs to be updated manually (with a simple touch). Its just too easy to see the display without touching anything or even thinking about it.

For sure man, they definately look bright and noticeable. I thought about the iphone thing a while ago, as i have 3 cases for it i could use one to double as a charging station/ display. But i dont have one to do it on. Either way man congrats.

No problem! That's interesting. I'm scared to death of ATOs myself but this seems doable.
