coralline growth is generally a sign of good water quality, and someone correct me if i am wrong but it generally grows better under actinic lighting.

To get coraline algae to appear you first need the spores to be present in your tank, if you do not have any growing in your tank at all then a good way to help start it off is to immerse a piece of rock into the water covered in coraline algae, and scrape some of the algae spores off into your water, with good quality water and Lighting, calcium + mag, you should have some very good coraline algae growth...

Does araga milk help in the coraline growth? I know it is a calcium buffer and a liquid aragonite?
Sorry to change the topic a bit but it may help us both...I am also kinda new...

To promote growth, I generally keep my Ca around 460-470, Mg around 1500 and dKH around 12.

+1. Those numbers are crucial for coraline. Also, high nitrate and phosphate levels will inhibit its growth. It also grows better under weaker, less intense lighting.

My calcium is 390ppm, and mag 1150, alk 7 and i need a sea urchin to help minimise the growth, its going like mad...Don't know but i think as long as calium is between 380 to 450+ and good lighting +spores in the first place, you should be good...jmo
