hehe the only time I get peppermints is to get rid of aiptasia, or as a special treat for my royal gramma.

wow here I am thinking that lavender mushroom is actinodiscus sp. and hairy mushroom is rhodactus sp. but they're the same coral. lol at the LFS, lavender mushrooms are a common name for actinodiscus sp, while hairy mushrooms are called just that. ::)

well the curled up one is what generally happens when they eat and the other one just spit out it guts and they do this from time to time after eating usually, can also do it when it is stressed. Should suck the guts back in and be fine..

    Hi guys!!!
Here i am asking a bunch of questions again.
I dunno what that white thing is in the rock were the hairy mushroom is. It looks like a spiderweb and i think its expanding.

I also noticed that the mushroom in the back was losing the colors of the polyps and today is almost completely white. :-(

Guts=Mesenterial Filaments. Can just randomly happen or when stressed.

No, you really only need to be concerned when all the mushrooms are showing mesenterial filaments for longer than a couple hours. One or two doing it occasionally is not a problem.
