You need a well established tank for the algeavores and the Yellow Tang and Coral Beauty will compete for food. The tank is too small for a tang in my opinion, 75 gallons is the minimum I would recommend. Not sure which Bicolor you are referring to, ie Blenny or Psuedochromis.

A yellow Mimic Tang or Yellow Wrasse would be a better in a 55 if you like that color.

Are you ever planning on keeping coral chrischick? If so the coral beauty and the bicolor angel will nip at them. Bibolor angels are, in my opinion, are hard to keep alive and even when you can keep them alive they only live a short time. Coral beauty angels will also nip at shrimp. A yellow tang may get too big for your tank, but if you want a nice looking tang go for a kole. They normally don't reach 6-8 inches. The best bet if you have to go with one on the list is probably the yellow tang even though he may get too large. I am not a big fan of saltwater angels.

    Dwarf angles are great.
I have a Coral beauty and flame and a pygmy angle fish and none of them have harmed any corals or killed any shrimp.

Flame Angle is from Hawaii and is reef safe.

Coral Beauty is from the Indian Ocean and is reef safe.

Pygmy Angel from Caribbean, and Florida are somewhat reef safe.

Bi Color or Oriole angel from the Indian Ocean is reef safe.

I agree with Craig that the tank is to small for a Tang

Even though they claim that coralbeauties and all that stuff are reef safe. They are still questionable. Every one I've ever gotten caused problems. When I first started I bought a coral beauty. It killed every shrimp I had in the tank. I not too long ago got bicolor it ate on polyps and died shortly after. I've also had a pygmy, but it was killed by the maroon that I used to have. Never had a flame angel. It amazes me how different people have different situations. Sounds like it's up to you on the angels chrischick.

Don't want to be heavy handed but not fair to the tang. There are better options for fish if you must have yellow. I've made suggestions above.

Some times it depends on when the angle fish was added to the tank. Most say to add them last so they don't get to Territorial.

    Fire gobies are cool.
