    yea its a bit more than 9 US gallons... As long as its not in there too long it should be ok :)

    When you get it, make sure the fish is NOT netted, and is NOT exposed to air by either the LFS or you during acclimation. Copperbands do not deal well with either.

    Id go with the CBB...powder blues are very hard to keep and a little on the pricy side...you might have to go through 3 or 4 powder blues to find one that will live in your tank and even then if you look at the powder blue for over a minute shell prob get ick lol

    How do you catch a fish without netting it? i think i saw my LFS just catch a fish straight into the bag underwater....

    Is there another way?
