I would not put the water back in the tank. As far as the rock is concerned, I would rinse it in fresh saltwater and put it back in. Then make some new saltwater for the tank.

Ok, to start, a nem will go to a spot of it's choosing, if it moved under the rock it probably wanted to be there. Given time it probably would have come out into the light. As far as putting the rock and water back into the tank, that's a no. If indeed you powerhead minced up the nem, you will just be placing a ton of waste into your tank that will send the levels through the roof.

You can put it back in after giving it a thorough rinsing to get rid of all of the pieces that may have collected in it.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Can you please post a picture.

    Is it inflated ?

    Any visable tissue damage ?

    Is it free floating ?

If it is still attached you may have a chance.

If it is still attached it is not dead. Should be, but it is not. Is it inflated ?

If it is inflated or looks like it is going to, and still attached it is doing it's best to hang in there.

You will need to remove it if you see tissue decay, like lesions, holes in the foot. If the oral opening is gapping and you can see internally you should remove it as well. Other than that I would give it a bit more time.
