    Hi my name is Matt and I am a Reefaholic. I am coming back to saltwater for the first time in over 15 years and wow has the knowledge and equipment changed. I was very limited in space so I went with a Red Sea 130, 34 gallon cube aquarium. I started out with a quick start system. Cured live rock about 50 pounds of Indonesian rock. 20lbs of live sand in a bag and 10 lbs. of live sand from a tank at the lfs. Also brought home 35 gallons of salt water from the same lfs. Set my tank up and went back to lfs 24 hours later and bought a Blue reef chromis, 1 Blackmouth bicolor chromis (Black and Gold Chromis) and 2 Hermit crabs. It is just over a week and everything is fine. I hope to continue growth at the right timeframe and keep the casualties at zero.

    welcome back ten. best of luck with everything. did you use cycle in a bottle to get your tank started? didnt let it all go naturally?
