I brought home yesterday a neon green bubble tip anemone, and it went hiding at back of a rock directly after I introduced it into the tank... And today my two ocellaris clowns finally found it behind the rock and start hosting it... But the problem is that now the anemone is in between the rock and the tank wall...It can be seen in the picture... Will it come out eventually when it's fully adjusted? I don't want the clowns to hind behind the rock always :p

Anemones will go where they choose. The same can be pretty much said for the clowns. Your anemone will more than likely move if you make sure where it is right now gets very little light. That will entice it to move to a location better suited to your viewing.

Thanks for advices. Now it is receiving very little light, most blocked by the large rock... When I got it from LFS, it just arrived one day ago and was kept under a single T5 blue light... I guess it is not acclimated to high light yet... Hopefully it will get out later...Should I give it some days to adjust first?

Yes give it a few days to adjust but monitor it closely. It has been through a lot of stress and you can never be too careful with anemones

So what kind of signs should I be careful about? If it's not bleaching or shrinking is it good? I read that sometimes they will lose their bubble tips when clowns are present...

I'll point you to the best site on the net about anemones

First here's the page about sick 'nems: Now karensroseanemones.net - The sick rose

Second, here's the page about dying 'nems: Now karensroseanemones.net - The dying rose

Don't let the name of the site fool you. This info goes for almost all anemones.

I had a saebe and same thing. Had trouble adjusting to my lights. I tried turning off the mh for a day and leave the T5 on. But soon as the MH went back he freaked. Ended up goig to the sand bed, turning inside out and looked like he was melting. It was a gonner. That process took 1 week and u could tell he was not happy the whole time. Just try to let it figure everything out.

Watch for it spitting out its zooxanthallae (brown gooey stringy stuff) and gaping mouth. +1 to an anemone looks like it's melting, it's a very bad sign. They will move around a lot to find a spot they like. When they are dying, it will smell like rotting fish, it's bad, blagh!!!
